| Martin joined Kravitz Davis Sansone as a Client Relations Manager in March 2005. Martin has 20 years of experience in the implementation and communication of defined contribution plans. In 1990, he became the first bi-lingual enroller in the country for John Hancock (formerly Manulife Financial). Martin spent the first 5 years there enrolling and educating plan participants, installing new plans and recruiting and training an enrollment team of 10 individuals. In 1995, he was promoted to Regional Case Manager where he focused on asset growth and retention of current customers. As Regional Case Manager, Martin worked with 150 plan sponsors of small to mid-sized companies representing over $200 million in qualified plan assets.
Martin holds a California Variable Life Insurance License and held a Series 6 and Series 63 registration with the National Association of Securities Dealers from 1993 to 2005.
He recently received the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation and is well on his way to achieving the Certified Financial Planner designation. |
