Steve is a principal of Kravitz Davis Sansone, the Registered Investment Advisory affiliate of Kravitz, in Encino, California, with over $1.2 billion in assets under management. A graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (cum laude), Steve has spent over twenty years in the retirement plan industry, most of that time as a wholesaler for Manulife Financial (John Hancock). Steve helped John Hancock build a dominant presence in the small to mid-size pension marketplace in his tenure, bringing in over one billion dollars in assets from over one thousand retirement plans sold. Steve has an in-depth knowledge of the product offerings available from the investment providers and has a very strong investment background, having served on the prestigious Manulife Investment Committee as it established the investment platform to offer its clients. While Steve does not practice law, his legal background is critical to helping plan sponsors successfully navigate the fiduciary issues.
Steve is past-President and current member of the Board of the Los Angeles Chapter of National Institute of Pension Administrators. In addition, Steve serves on the Board of the Castaic Union School District Board of Governing Trustees and is a Director with the Bank of Santa Clarita in Valencia, California.
