We'll become a co-fiduciary to your plan and work on the "same side of the table" as you to ensure that your investment fiduciary responsibilities are kept in check. We'll work with you to build a comprehensive fiduciary framework that may include establishing an investment committee for the plan, reviewing the investment provider, creating a customized Investment Policy Statement, implementing a prudent investment selection, monitoring and fund replacement process, holding annual fiduciary meetings with plan fiduciaries and assisting in the compliance with ERISA 404(c).
