We'll use our independence and objectivity as an Adviser to help you find an appropriate vendor for your plan, ensure that the vendor's pricing, investments and services are current and implement a prudent investment process which will include the creation of an investment policy statement, selecting what we feel are appropriate investments and providing a comprehensive reporting process for the plan fiduciaries to review.

We also help our clients to monitor and manage their fiduciary commitments in terms of vendor management. We can assist in the search for a new retirement services vendor or we can help our clients to maximize their current environment. Unless hired by a sponsor to conduct a vendor search, there is no incentive for us to move our clients from vendor to vendor. In fact, many of our vendor search projects result in a new and improved relationship with the incumbent vendor, rather than a total transition. We also manage profit sharing and defined benefit plans.
